RESERVATIONS - Guarantee & Cancellation Policies
Reservations can be made by calling us directly, by fax, or online at our website at http://www.guamhotel.com.  We prefer online and e-mail correspondence for more accuracy.

If you are unable to guarantee your reservation, your room will be held until we need it for accommodating other guests, but no later than 5:00 PM.  Of course you are still welcome to call before your arrival to confirm availability.

Reservations guaranteed with your credit card are Guaranteed Reservations. We will hold a room on the day of arrival from 1:00 PM (our check-in time), until the following day at 12:00 Noon (our check-out time), whether or not you show up. In such case of a "No Show" your credit card you provided will be charged for one night's room rate for the room type you have reserved.  Late Cancellations made within 36 hours from your expected arrival time and arrival flight as indicated on your reservation request, will also be charged one night's room rate.  In such case where no arrival time was indicated, we will assume arrival time is at 1:00 pm (1300 Hours)

Cancellations MUST be made as soon as possible, but NO LATER THAN 36 HOURS from your expected arrival time (ACCORDING TO ARRIVAL FLIGHT SCHEDULE you have provided), to avoid any charges to your credit card.  

Cancellations will be confirmed through e-mail from us. This will be your receipt of proper and valid cancellation.

In the unlikely event that we cannot honor your guaranteed reservation, we will credit you for one night's room charge for a future date.

ONLINE SECURITY
Your concerns about security can only be assured by your faith in Yahoo! web hosting service.  Our online reservations system is secure through Yahoo! web hosting service, with their SSL Secure Server.  Please contact Yahoo! for more detailed questions or concerns regarding their security for their web hosting services.  We trust Yahoo! web hosting to be secure.  If you feel otherwise, you are welcome to fax or phone in your personal and credit card information. 

Your personal and credit card information will only be viewed by authorized personnel only for the purpose of processing your reservations.

Depending on how your browser is set up, when you first enter a secure page, you will see a warning pop-up window notifying you that you will be viewing pages over a secure connection. If you do not get this type of message, you may have disabled this feature when entering secure pages. 

We are unable to address each and every possible way to view the security of our reservation pages due to the numerous browsers and browser versions.

OCCUPANCY
All guests registering must be at least 18 years of age and present photo identification.

Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 12 Noon 

Children 12 and younger stay free when occupying the same room with an adult family member. 

Generally , a room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons. A room with two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons and our Family Rooms may be occupied by no more than five persons. If your party consists of six or more, an additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional persons.  Infants are not calculated in the number of persons.

Sleeping bags, cots or furniture of any kind may not be placed in any room by any guest.

ROOM PAYMENT / ADVANCE PAYMENT
Room Payment and Reservation Deposits may be made with cash, traveler's check or with valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB). 

Cash Account Guests are required to pay charges at registration or by 12:00 Noon in advance of each subsequent night's stay.

Credit Card Guests will be required to present their valid card upon check-in.  A Pre-Authorization of the card may be processed to insure validity.

Advance payment may be made with cash, credit card, money order or traveler's check. Checks (personal, business or organization) can NOT be accepted by the Front Desk.  It must be approved by manager before such form of payment is accepted.

PETS
Other than required by law, animals and pets are NOT permitted in any of our rooms or within our property.  Proper identification and papers of service animals MUST be presented upon check-in.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will make every effort to honor special requests (such as floor, nonsmoking, etc.) when you reserve a room.  However, these requests can never be guaranteed.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
Group reservations (ten or more rooms), require an advance payment deposit of the total charges for the first night's lodging. This deposit must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date.

Notification of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
